Yom Ha-Atzma’ut

Israel’s Day of Independence

Tuesday 21 April | 6.45pm

Bringing our communities together in prayer, in song, in hope

Join us at Sha’arei Tsedek North London Reform Synagogue for a special evening marking 78 years since the Declaration of the State of Israel’s independence in 1948.

This year, we are proud to come together with The Liberal Synagogue Elstree, Radlett Reform Synagogue and Southgate Progressive Synagogue for a meaningful shared gathering.

Together, we will both commemorate Yom Ha-zikkaron and celebrate Yom Ha-Atzma’ut, creating space to reflect, remember and rejoice as one community.

The evening will include:

  • * Moments of reflection and commemoration
  • * Israeli music, song and dance
  • * Food and time to connect
  • * Opportunities for study and discussion

The programme will culminate in a special service, featuring our Yom Ha-Atzma’ut choir.

A £6.00 contribution towards supper would be appreciated.
