I was born and raised in Israel and moved to London in 2007. My wife Eleanor and I are raising our two sons, Ethan and Joel, and being part of Sha’arei Tsedek has been a wonderful experience for our whole family. I’ve spent many years as a pastry chef, working in Michelin-starred restaurants, the Savoy, and running my own bakery café. I’m honoured to serve on the Council and look forward to contributing my experience, energy, and maybe even a few baked treats along the way.
